Be Aware of Scam Emails

We have been made aware of emails being sent to Northampton residents that are scam emails.

The email is addressed from ‘ESE & ENERGYSAVINGGRANTS’ who are offering health checks on PV systems. There are also letters being sent out to tenants that urge you to register on a website for free funding.

The letters give the impression that they are sanctioned by the local authority – they are not.

Any residents who receive an email they are suspicious of are urged to delete the email from your inbox, and then report it using the details below.

We recommend being extra cautious and reading emails a few times before deciding what to do.
