Listen back to BBC Northampton this morning to find out about why social housing residents are a benefit to society.
A national campaign called Benefit to Society was discussed on local radio by residents in Northampton and Kettering this morning.
Supported by tenants across the country, Benefit to Society is campaigning to tackle the negative stereotypes of people living in social housing and have released a Fair Press for Tenants guide to help journalists and other media workers to report on social housing fairly.
