Keepmoat appointed for NPH Planned Investment Programme

NPH is delighted to announce an exciting partnership with community regeneration contractor Keepmoat to deliver a forecasted £160m programme of planned investment to homes and neighbourhoods in Northampton over the next ten years.

Keepmoat are an award winning community regeneration specialist who were chosen through a procurement that took place between October and December 2016. NPH tenants were directly involved in the procurement, making sure their needs and aspirations for the community were at the heart of the contract.

The programme of works will include landscaping and improvements to the inside and outside of homes as well as the regeneration of neighbourhoods and community spaces.
