How are we performing
We regularly monitor the performance of our services. Targeting our performance enables us to build on our existing levels of performance and challenge ourselves to continually review and perform better. The information helps us identify the areas that are working well and highlights areas that require improvement.
We compare how we are performing against other similar organisations across the country. NPH is a member of Housemark, which is an organisation that supports housing providers to compare their performance against others. This gives us the ability to understand what levels of performance other social housing providers are achieving and share best practice.
