Good quality homes are the foundation of everyday life. We listen to residents to understand what improvements matter most and use this feedback to guide investment and repairs.

Our work focuses on keeping homes safe, well maintained and fit for the future. This includes improving energy efficiency, carrying out planned works and responding to repairs as quickly as possible.

Our aim is to provide homes that meet residents needs, support wellbeing and give people confidence in the place they live.

What we’ve achieved so far

NPH listened to feedback that it was hard to find clear information on what to do when a tenant dies. We used this feedback to write the process in plain language, publish it in one easy to find place, and make sure staff can support people through the next steps.
