Who we are
Northamptonshire Partnership Homes is an arms-length management organisation (ALMO), formed in January 2015 that manages around 11,000 homes on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council (WNC).
We are wholly owned by WNC but we have our own management team and Board of Directors. We are a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) and a not-for-profit organisation. This means that our income is put back into providing housing and housing related services.
Our role is to deliver high quality housing services, ensuring safe, affordable, and well-maintained homes for over 25,000 customers across Northamptonshire. We also support residents to live in safe homes and vibrant communities where they can thrive.
