NPH Tenant System Issues Now Resolved – 26th February 2026

Contact Centre systems are now back up and running and residents are welcome to ring with any queries on 0300 330 7003. You may experience longer than average waiting times as the backlog of calls is worked through, if you are able to delay calling about any non-urgent queries for a few days we would be grateful.

Our online tenant portal issues are also now resolved and the portal is accessible again to residents.

We would like to thank you for your patience while our system issues were resolved; we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
