Open data

We want to be open and transparent about everything we do. The information detailed on this page and all those linked to it will help you understand how we do business and meet legal and statutory requirements.

As NPH is owned by West Northamptonshire Council, we are publishing our data in line with the Local Government Transparency Code 2015.

Who we are and what we do

Northampton Partnership Homes is an arms-length management organisation, formed in January 2015 that manages around 11,000 homes on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council.

We employ over 250 talented members of staff, including specialist trades personnel in our property maintenance team. Our board members work closely with our executive management team to ensure that we meet our vision, mission and values.

Our priorities and how we achieve them

NPH’s five year Corporate Plan was approved by the NPH Board and sets out our vision, mission and values, our ambitions for the next five years of operation, as well as the challenges we face as an organisation.

NPH as a key business in Northampton has a major contribution to make on a local and regional level. We have a key role in providing a range of services that support and add value to the neighbourhoods we serve and supporting our local economy. This includes helping people into work, learning and skills programmes, health and wellbeing projects and improving the quality of housing.

Please take a look at our corporate plan to find out more.

How we make decisions

NPH is wholly owned by West Northamptonshire Council, but has its own executive management team and Board of Directors to make decisions.

All reasonable lines of enquiry are conducted and recorded in line with their procedures and protocol. This includes intelligence checks, home visits, informal or formal interviews.
