As NPH is owned by West Northamptonshire Council, we are publishing our data in line with the Local Government Transparency Code 2015.
Northampton Partnership Homes is an arms-length management organisation, formed in January 2015 that manages around 11,000 homes on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council.
We employ over 250 talented members of staff, including specialist trades personnel in our property maintenance team. Our board members work closely with our executive management team to ensure that we meet our vision, mission and values.

NPH’s five year Corporate Plan was approved by the NPH Board and sets out our vision, mission and values, our ambitions for the next five years of operation, as well as the challenges we face as an organisation.
NPH as a key business in Northampton has a major contribution to make on a local and regional level. We have a key role in providing a range of services that support and add value to the neighbourhoods we serve and supporting our local economy. This includes helping people into work, learning and skills programmes, health and wellbeing projects and improving the quality of housing.

NPH is responsible for the following services:
- Allocations and lettings
- Repairs and maintenance
- Housing management, including dealing with anti-social behaviour
- Tenancy support
- Tenant involvement
- Ecton Lane Park traveller site
Requests for information must be made in writing. You may find the following useful when requesting information:
- There must be a name and address to send our response (this can be an e-mail address but if you require paper copies we will need a postal address).
- There is no need to mention the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or Data Protection Act 2018, but may help your request to be dealt with correctly.
- You do not need to say why you want the information, but you will need to provide details about what is being requested. This should be as clear as possible to help us locate the information you require.
The easiest way to make an application is to email us. Please check this log before you submit a request as the information you are looking for may have been requested by another customer and you can read our response.
We use the counter fraud services offered by LGSS (Local Government Shared Services) to detect and investigate cases of fraud.
LGSS accept referrals from NPH staff or from members of the public. These are risk assessed to confirm if an investigation is required and if appropriate an investigation is opened. All reasonable lines of enquiry are conducted and recorded in line with their procedures and protocol. This includes intelligence checks, home visits, informal or formal interviews. Criminal action is considered where there is sufficient evidence.
