Residents returning to Dover Court are benefitting from newly refurbished homes.
Work began to fully refurbish all apartments at Dover Court at the end of 2015. The flats have now been fitted with new kitchens, new bathrooms and flooring throughout. On the outside, Dover Court now benefits from new bin stores, a bicycle rack and a resurfaced car park.
Paul an existing resident of Dover Court, who recently moved back into his apartment said,
“It’s brilliant. I was told when I was moved out of Dover Court [for work to start] that NPH would be fitting a new kitchen and new bathroom, but I was really surprised on my return to find that I now have a new front door and extractors for my bathroom as well! It’s lovely and really smart. This is the nicest place I’ve ever lived!”
Residents of Dover Court were relocated temporarily while the improvement work was carried out so that the works could be completed safely and as quickly as possible. We’d like to thank residents for their patience and hope you like the changes we’ve made.
