Our Housing Officers will be out and about over the coming weeks visiting residents who have not contacted us in a while.
If you receive a phone call from us or a knock at the door, your Housing Officer will be calling to say hello, check everything is okay at home, and see how they can help.
They will be carrying ID, but if you are unsure who is calling or who is at the door, check with us first by phoning 0300 330 7003.
