NPH’s STAR Survey (Survey of Tenants and Residents) will begin this week, Wednesday 14 June. It is NPH’s first major tenant satisfaction survey and will ask questions about:
- Tenants’ views of NPH services;
- Satisfaction with key services;
- How tenants access services;
- Tenant priorities.
The survey will go out to 5,000 randomly selected tenants by post, email or by telephone. If you receive a survey, please do complete it. We will use your feedback to develop housing services for all of our tenants.
