Pay your rent by Direct Debit

On this page find out how to set up a Direct Debit payment online.

Register on Your NPH

You will need to register your details on "Your NPH" to set up a direct debit online.

Citizen’s Account members can log in as normal.

Once registered:

  • click on "My Account" 
  • select "Tenancy Details"

Please follow the onscreen instructions.

You will need your bank details and tenancy reference number to hand.

Choosing a Direct Debit right for you

You can choose to set up your payment either:

  • weekly every Friday or
  • monthly on your choice of date from 1st – 28th of the month.

What next?

Once your direct debit has been set up, we write to you to remind you of your payment dates and when your first payment will be taken. 

Please carry on making payments until you receive notification from us that your Direct Debit has been set up.
