Residents living near Lakeview, Northampton are invited to join NPH on 26 October at Eden Close Community Hub to view the designs of a proposed older persons’ housing development on the former site of Lakeview House, on Churchill Avenue.
In August we reported that NPH has appointed regeneration specialist Keepmoat to carry out a state-of-the-art housing development for older residents in Northampton.
The design of the new development, which has been decided through a design competition chosen by representatives from Northampton Partnership Homes, Keepmoat and Lakeview Residents Association, will be on display for all to view between 2 and 7pm.
